All orders are packaged with care and attention to make them beautiful, with small tokens of gratitude within.
This is a biocentric mission so all of our packaging is completely recyclable + where possible - made from recycled materials or plant based fibres.

My work is incredibly fragile, I pack it with great care but there is always a risk of breakage in transit - please be aware of this before purchasing

Shipping + Returns

All orders are shipped same day if ordered before 12pm or next day with Royal Mail, choose from either Tracked 24 or 48 hour at checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to given email address. Shipping costs are based on UK shipping only. If you live overseas and would like to purchase from Earth Mould, please get in touch and we may be able to arrange something.

All orders are final unless piece/s arrive damaged, in this case please send a message and photo to earthmould@outlook.com and we can arrange an outcome specific to you.
