Stoneware Ceramic Pot in Wood Ash Glaze

Hand thrown lidded jar made out of stoneware clay. Thrown in 3 separate parts, trimmed and bisque fired. It is here that I mix a glaze up out of recycled wood ash and various stones and minerals. This creates unique crystalline glazes, coloured individually from the minerals and metals added. Each pot is then glaze fired in the kiln and becomes what you see here. Ready for your rituals. 

Each pot is palm sized and works wonderfully for any of your desires. 

This piece unfortunately came out of the kiln with a little glaze pooling. After sanding it down , this is what we're left with. Still perfectly usable, just a little unique.
